The representative business administratipn building called Sykora s.r.o. grew out of Českomoravská street on an overall area of 4 560 square meters and a built-up area of 2 068 square meters. The architecturally appealing structure was built on an L-shaped matrix comprised of 2 parts: a 3-story business space designed on the theme of a Bohemian Moravian street, and a 5-story section with offices and housing.
In the underground level there is parking space for 55 vehicles. An unconventional amphitheatre with cascading pool is a constituent part of the reconstruction of the inner courtyard.
The construction of the building is formed by a steel-reinforced monolithic shell and a monolithic ceiling. Steel-reinforced concrete walls and ceramic brickwork realize the peripheral construction. The dominant cut-down façade is formed by special case-hardened glass about 54 mm thick on steel construction. It represents the expressive interior element which forms the basics for atypical gallery bridges and ambit banisters for particular levels of the kitchen studio.
The major part of the building combines ceramic casing with cartridge bond façade.
