The newly built-up site will be connected to the Hotel Bousten Club complex.
„The preparation phase and demolition works have already started. It is anticipated that the construction of the new objects and the ancillary grounds will take thirty months. The cost without VAT (Value Added Tax) will exceed 56 millions EUROS," said Director of Export Division, PSJ, a. s., Jaroslav Jirkovský.
The financing of the project is supported by export credits of the Czech Republic. The investor, i.e., the company from the G.M. group, the firm M.F.M. Tourism, Hotels and Resorts and Developer, in this way will extend its currently existing services in the area of tourist sector. A significant part of building supplies and trades will be provided by Czech suppliers.

Already in April this year, Czech President Václav Klaus officially laid the foundation stone of Sea World Residence.
