Residential House „Za Skolou“, Jihlava – Horni Kosov
In the locality of Horni Kosov with wonderful view of Jihlava and its surroundings we have build for you a residential house, with 72 flats, from small ones 1room+ kitchenette with a balcony, to de-luxe ones with two floors 4rooms+ kitchenette with a spacious balcony and a terrace. The whole utility area varies from 34 sq meters to 154 sq meters. The house has two elevators. Individual floors also have utility rooms for each flat.
This new residential house has risen in a neighbourhood of the planned connection between Horni Kosov and Vrchlickeho Street. Near the house a station for public transportation is planned to be build, which will directly connect the place with the town centre and especially with the nearby hospital grounds. Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a terminal station of the trolley bus line C. Going by car, only 1 kilometre far away there is a feeder road to D1 motorway. Residential house Majdalenky, Brno – Lesna
In 2000 we completed a residential complex Majdalenky I in the locality of Brno Lesna. The complex of seven buildings has 350 flats and commercial areas with 5,000 sq meters.
In the first phase there are no more empty flats. However, we prepare a new project of a residential complex for you with a working name Majdalenky II. There should be around 30 flats in the locality of Brno Lesna, in the land delimited by streets Dusikova and Majdalenky, which will concur with Majdalenky I. In this locality you will find your home, which will fulfil all requirements of modern living.
