Residential Park Baarova

Residential Park Baarova is new housing project, attractively located in Prague 4, near modern multipurpose BB Centrum complex. Architectural concept of Residential Park Baarova is based on the idea of smooth and easy transition between old villas zone and nearby modern multipurpose BB Centrum. New residential development is conceived as continuation of huge Baar’s park in the form of inner garden, which although is connected with the park, but is not dependent on it in any way.

The complex consists of three separate residential buildings, with open atrium among them. Houses are designed as four-storey and five-storey, whereas one of the buildings has residential “tower” with six other floors, which parallels the high-rise building PHILADELPHIA of BB Centrum.
