Construction of Megapolis residential complex in Kazan

Implementation of Megapolis residential complex in Kazan constitutes an initial construction phase of a multifunction center that will serve for the 2013 Summer Universiade.  The value of the first phase should reach nearly € 32 million. Funding of the project is provided by Komerční banka in collaboration with the Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation (EGAP).

The investor of the project is the company Clover Group, one of the leaders of the Russian real estate market. Construction of the Megapolis residential complex was launched in July 2011. It shall offer more than 38,000 square meters of apartments, almost 2,000 square meters of commercial space and 400 underground parking spaces.
