If the company wishes to succeed in such environment, it has to invest in the development, training and education of its employees. We do not want just to respond to short-term needs, we also attempt to carry out the training and employees' qualification acquiring according to a company's plan, which reflects the strategy of the company's further development.
We constantly seek young, perspective employees who would introduce not only latest ideas and modern opinions, but will also be able to adapt to the increasing requirements of the company. That is why we have been collaborating with secondary schools and universities, addressing potential employees and, simultaneously, contributing to the broadening of practical knowledge among the young generation. A training school for apprentices is part of the PSJ Group, where we ourselves train construction workers.
We do not neglect the social care of our employees. We have a trade union at our workplaces with whose we sign a collective agreement on a regular basis. This collective agreement provides all our employees with rights and social benefits according to the Law Code
