Year 2010

• completion of FILADELFIE administrative building in the complex  BB Center in Prague, and completion of Clarion Hotel Prague City
• start of constructions: Buildings CITY DECO and CITY ELEMENT in Prague – Pankrác, Residential Park Baarova in Prague 4 - Michle, X-LOFT Apartments in Libeň (Prague), and OSB manufacturing plant in Russia – near Petrozavodsk
• finished Bear Pit in Jihlava ZOO is receiving the highest award under the contest of Vysočina Construction of the year 2009

Year 2009

• completion of High-capacity food warehouse of Lidl Česká republika, Měřín and Factory Office Center - building F, Prague - Smíchov
• completion of  reconstruction and extension of Port and Tourist facilities in Tunis, Tunisia.
• Start of construction of Office Building Main Point Karlín, Multifunctional CPI Center in Ústí nad Labem and Clarion Hotel Prague City
• start of foreign constructions: Sea World Residence in Hammamet – Tunisia, Shopping and entertainment M5 Mall Center in Ryazan - Russia, and the reconstruction of Embassy in Brasília – Brazil.

Year 2008

• PSJ, a.s. has changed its Prague address and moved to the 24th floor of CITY TOWER in Pankrác
• the company changed its business name from PSJ holding, a.s. to PSJ, a.s.
• final completion of Galerie Fénix & Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, Golden Apple Retail Centre in Zlín and CITY TOWER – Office Building Refurbishment and Extension in Prague
• final completion of Restoration of the Bohemian National Hall in New York, USA
• launched projects: BB Centre Administrative Complex – FILADELFIE Building, Nová Karolina Park in Ostrava
• competition "Czech Top 100": PSJ was among the best companies in the category of Construction Industry, Construction Materials Industry and Land Development Industry

Year 2007

• comleted projects: Business and Office complex BB Centre in Prague – Gamma Building, Multi-purpose project EUROPORT in Prague, Ruzyne and Brno Business Park in Brno – phase II
• final completion of refurbishment of the Czech Ambassador’s residence in Nairobi, Kenya
• launched projects: Business centre ZLATÉ JABLKO („Golden Apple“) in Zlin, reconstruction of Bohemian National Hall in New York - final phase
• Gamma Building of BB Centre was nominated for title „Construction of the Year 2007“
• Kindergarten Mozaika in U Dlouhe steny Street No. 50, Jihlava and reconstruction of Jihlava Townhall won the best awards in the contest „Vysočina Construction of the year 2006“

Year 2006

• completed projects: Office and Business centre Brno Business Park in Brno – phase I, Na Míčánkách Palace of Justice in Prague, football stadium for FC Vysocina – phase I, Masonite Produstion Plant in Jihlava, reconstruction of Jihlava Townhall, Residential House Za skolou in Jihlava and Entrance hall in Jihlava ZOO
• final completion of LIDL Logistic Centre in Presov, SK and reconstruction of Czech Embassy in Tel Aviv
• launch of final completion of a high-rise building City Tower in Prague, and Brno Business Park in Brno – phase II
• renewal of works in the project of Galerie Fenix & Clarion Hotel in Prague
• reconstruction of Jihlava Townhall was nominated for title „Construction of the Year 2006“
• entrance hall in Jihlava ZOO received honourable mention in the contest Vysočina Construction of the year 2005

Year 2005

• completed projects: Rajska Building – University of Economics in Prague, OSB Kronospan line in Jihlava
• final completion of Bohemian National Hall in New York, USA and exhibition hall for OAO Lenexpo company in Petersburg
• launched projects: Business and office complex BB Centre – Gammna Building, Office and business centre Brno Business Park, Kronodoor – Masonite production plant in Jihlava
• reconstruction of Pachtuv Palace and Jirasek House in Prague won the first prize in the contest “Construction of the year 2005”

Year 2004

• completed projects: Slunecni Mesto in Zbraslav, Logistic Centre LIDL in Olomouc, Karlin Boiler Plant
• reconstruction of Pachtuv Palace and Jirasek House, reconstruction of Vitkov multi-purpose complex and reconstruction of Czech Embassy in Vilnius
• launched projects: Judicial Grounds Na Minickach in Prague, Rajska Building - University of Economics in Prague, OSB Kronospan line in Jihlava and Exhibition Hall for OAO Lenexpo in Sankt Peterburk
• reconstruction and completion of Carlo IV. Hotel in Prague was awarded the prestigious Construction of the Year 2004
• reconstruction of the Library in Jihlava was awarded Construction of the Highlands 2003

Year 2003

• at the end of the year PSJ holding, a.s. took part in the government project EXIT II and by means of the tender the company found a strategic partner
• start of the reconstruction of Czech National Building in New York, USA
• completion of the residential complex Villa Bianca in Prague
• reconstruction and extension of Carlo IV Hotel in Prague was finished
• completion of reconstruction of The City Library in Jihlava
• hand-over of the new Logistical Centre LIDL in Brandýs nad Labem

Year 2002

• PSJ holding, a.s. opened its new offices in Prague in the BB Centre
• launch of construction of the Multifunctional house Vítkov in Prague
• start of implementation of the residential complex Sluneční město (Sunny City) in Prague – Zbraslav
• completion of the third phase of the BB Centre project in Prague
• hand-over of the extensive investment project, a forging die plant in Al Kobar, Saudi Arabia
• launch of construction of Logistical Centre LIDL in Brandýs nad Labem
• The Czech Airlines business and operational Centre was nominated for title “Construction of the Year 2002”

Year 2001

• launch of reconstruction of a historic building, Hotel Boscolo, Prague
• construction of the Czech Airlines operational Centre in Prague – Ruzyně

• construction of Czech Centre in Malmö, Sweden
• reconstruction of Czech Embassy in Cairo
• PSJ holding, a.s. is declared “Construction Company of the Year 2000”
• PSJ holding, a.s. places among “100 NEJ” Czech companies, attaining 79th place by turnover volume and 7th place among leading construction companies
• Golden Angel is awarded First Prize in “Construction of the Year 2001” contest and also earns special appreciation of the Stavitel magazine for architectural detail

• PSJ Group enters the second decade of its existence with a new company logo
• launch of reconstruction of Sovovy mlýny, Prague, The Chodovec State Archive, Prague 4 and another, most extensive phase of BB Centre in Prague 4 – Michle
• completion of Project Zlatý Anděl, Prague and housing complex Majdalenky, Brno

• acquisition of equity shares in specialized companies Ekoklima Milevsko (air-conditioning) and EuROSS (electrical engineering)
• launch of work on The Zlatý Anděl business and office complex, Prague – Smíchov, administration centre Opera Business Park, Prague and exclusive housing complex Villa Bianca, Prague – Bubeneč
• launch of reconstruction of the Czech EU Mission in Brussels
