The stock company PSJ is a holder of a number of awards in prestigious competition „Construction of the Year“. In 2000, the company was declared as „Construction Company of the Year“. Furthermore PSJ is holder of certified quality control system in compliance with the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 standard.
Present
The stock company PSJ is particularly engaged in ground constructional activities, in realisation of selected building professions and technologies, as well as development. The trademark PSJ was established on “green fields” on October 17th, 1990.
Building construction
The building company PSJ gradually becomes the complexly fitted company, with following advantages: organisational flexibility, high level of solution of technical and technological issues of constructions, ability to cooperate with other suppliers, significant investors, and financial and banking institutions.
Primary activity of the company is and will be the general contracting of constructions, incl. turn-key deliveries from the project phase up to the final building approval and hand-over of functional constructions.
Among the most important constructional products of PSJ belongs construction of administrative centres, business and civil facilities. The reference buildings from that segment are as follows: BB Centre Business-Administration Complex in Prague, Zlatý Anděl Business-Administration Complex in Prague, Fénix Gallery & Clarion Hotel in Prague – Vysočany and Operational-Administrative Building of ČSA in Prague – Ruzyně. PSJ has proven its ability to high-quality construction of buildings and ancient monuments as the general contractor of e.g. restoration of Obecní dům in Prague, principal repairs of Břevnov Monastery, ambitious renovation of Sova Mills in Prague – Kampa, and reconstruction with annex building of Hotel Carlo IV. in Prague. Relatively high share of overall construction works belongs to residential constructions. The most important construction of that segment is realisation of Majdalenky Residential Area in Brno or Villa Bianca residential complex in Prague. An important part of the company production program is also construction of large industrial premises and light manufactural or shop buildings. The largest order from the area of industrial constructions was the construction of industrial complex KORADO in Česká Třebová; realisations of LIDL logistic centres in Brandýs nad Labem and in Olomouc were not of small importance, too.

Foreign activity
From its foundation PSJ successfully operates also on foreign markets. Constructions realised by PSJ may be found in more than 20 countries throughout the world. Among important projects belong: construction of drop-forge shop in Saudi Arabia, two stages of reconstruction of Czech national Building in New York, construction of exhibition pavilion of OAO Lenexpo company in Petersburg, and construction of LIDL logistical centres in Nemšová and Prešov, Slovakia. Significant share of the foreign activities belongs to reconstructions of diplomatic representation buildings of the Czech Republic throughout the world.
